Semita Asset Management LLC is a Registered Investment Adviser (RIA) based in Houston, TX. We are an independent, employee-owned organization with a healthy blend of seasoned professionals who focus on traditional approaches, as well as up-and-coming, highly-talented younger professionals with a focus on evolving and creative solutions for meeting our clients’ needs. Founded in 2015, we provide a full range of investment management, wealth management, and financial planning services to high-income and high-net-worth individuals, couples, business owners, endowments, foundations, retirement plans, and trusts.
Our fees are based upon a percentage of assets that we are engaged to manage for our clients and / or a preapproved subscription fee for the development and completion of a client’s longer-term financial goal plan. Our fee structure facilitates transparency and objectivity to ensure we remain fully aligned with the individuals, families, and organizations that entrust their financial futures to us.
“Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few.”
As trusted advisers for others’ financial affairs, we believe it is important for us to follow time-tested, foundational principles and scriptural instructions in guiding our clients on their journeys toward effective management of their financial affairs and investment accounts.
We believe that once clients have a higher degree of satisfaction in their financial futures, their readiness to give and their liberality in their giving will be amplified. We believe that we and our clients have been blessed so that we can be a blessing to others. We should give back to God who has been the generous Provider of everything we possess. We are committed to understanding every client’s financial journey. We are also committed to exploring both the possibilities of generosity that reflect our clients’ desires and to guiding them to the most tax-efficient means by which to express their generosity during their lifetime and / or through their estate plan.
